I cant't imagine that the price is too high to negotiate.

* It has a completely clean Carfax - no accidents. I can provide if interested.
* Completely stock - no mods. You have a clean canvas if you want to modify
* I am about to get the intake walnut blasted. Will provide receipts.

Maybe potential BMW owners just don't like red cars!

I wish I knew this # for my 09' 6MT crimson red e92 335i. Always been curious how many were made

This car is no longer for sale. My wife made me realize that I was going to have to replace my 14 year old daily driver with 180K miles in about a year. Theer was no other vehicle in this price range that I would want, and would have probably paid 23-25 K for just a boring Honda or Toyota. So I decided to keep it.
