Would make sense, since I think the 09's had the CICs as an option....if not the modules should be the same anyway

I retrofitted my CIC. What happens to the old video cable to the monitor. I cant get it out. Its all stuck in the back. Should I just leave it there?

Are 2008 people who are doing the retrofit keeping their old CCC units because of the dealer coding issues?

I've got a May 2007 E92 335 with iDrive. Can someone tell me if I can update to the latest version CiC? If yes, what do I need and how much can I expect to pay?

The TCU sits in the trunk under the trunk lining. Since you have an 06, you should have the blue connector cables as well as the MOST (green/black) cables under there. You need to move some wires in the distribution block under the driver's side rear bolster (search the forums for BT retrofit, many posts on how to do this).

Yes, at least about 1.3-2k (including FSC codes or bypass modules).

Hello guys, I did the retrofit of the CIC with its encoding on my E92 2007,
I wanted to ask because I do not see the climate control in the iDrive menu,
you can activate it via coding, or do I need to buy the climate control of 'LCI?
