did it the first few days of november. night time temps are dropping below 40, which makes the summer runflats like hockey pucks.

Im using my General Exclaims through the winter. So far theyve been really great in the rain and cold. Traction control really helps too though.

Snows

Mine are going on today. No sense running the Bridgestones at low temps. Besides, the snows will probably ride smoother, being non-run-flat LM25's on smaller wheels.

Isn't the Exclaim a summer tire? Summer tires get like hocky pucks in the cold.

I was going to put them this past weekend, but the weather is going to get warmer over the next few days. Maybe next weekend, or by the end of November for sure.

Put mine on over thanksgiving had lots of cool and wet days, even though the summer sport tires are hard as rock when it is cool the snow tires have their own issues. I have the Dunlaps D3 and they just do not have the grip on dry warm surfaces as the summer ties, I have broken the car loose a number times with the snow tires, the car has too much torque for those tires

The car doesnt have too much torque, your right foot has too much pressure.

Put the stock wheels/tires back on last weekend. Definitely has been below freezing around here plenty of times.

I ran 10mm rear spacers last year with OEM Style 158 winter setup. IMHO 18mm could look a little goofy with narrow rims.

Putting the winter setup on tomorrow, and will post pics. Sunday weather forecast is not looking good around here!
