My car is here! SG 330i....

I took redelivery of my 330i last night. Everything went smoothly other than they missed a small scratch on the front bumper, so I have to set an appointment for them to fix that up. I cannot stress how important it is to check your car meticulously before taking redelivery. I also saw some water spots that would not come out with the towel, so they have to use some acid stuff, whatever that is.

Anyway, other than that...It's unbelievable to have that car back again. Put both Euro plates on and now see some drivers tailgating me to see what's going on

(Mostly BMW drivers).

Life is great again. ED for life

PS. Greatest things I've noticed so far: comfort access is about the coolest thing I've ever seen, and this car corners like a beast.

interesting interior color combo.

i wanted to do ED at that time as well but was afraid of bad weather in europe. what were the roads like? was it an "easy" trip?

yeah the color choice is love or hate...but i love it. the weather was not that great, so i was limited to just around munich area. next time i do it, i will be definitely going there in spring or summer.

by the way why did you have to lose your car for a while? did you have them service your car? or you had an accident? just curious cause I got the same car... and if you had them mod your car I wanted to ask what mods... but if not~ just out of curiolsity~

I did European Delivery...takes about 6 weeks for them to ship it over after I picked it up in Munich.

Nice!! Congrats on your car! I remember not too long ago, it seemed like the majority of posters here did not like the terra, but as time goes on, more and more people like it, my observation!

i got 6 months from the date of sale, or until the CA plates arrive. thus, for 6 months, i will conveniently leave my plates at home. i figure I flew halfway around the world to pick up my car, i get to drive with those plates for a while.

Terra is gorgeous...once I saw it I fell in love and based all my other choices around that. By the way, I got the blacklines in the garage...they will be put in this weekend.
