Does not matter if its 5 day 10 day or 15 day company policy! The fact is, your client requires help and you should do your thing to help them! TThere quickness to accept your payment but lack of service thereafter shows me one thing, that they dont want to do long term business and is out to rip you off before they go under and change company names!

Right?
Doesn't this seem like a complete scam!!!
As soon as they get the cash they could care less what happens afterwards.

I got two CF diffusers from adamaster a year ago and had the same problem: Impossible fitment. Took six months but I finally got my money back!!! All of my other bits including spoiler and splitters are all OEM now. They fit like a glove! Paid more but it's worth it! I just wish that BMW would make a dual exhaust CF diffuser...

An example of my woes that seem to mirror what you experienced:

wow that looks really bad too..
and to JW-TUNING, the return policy should not matter in this situation... if you stated that it is perfect fitment and provided pictures you are held responsible for that.. that is false advertising.. you need to have better customer service and you should do something about this before your reputation on this forum will be bad and no one will buy from you..

Yeah I would say it's really bad quality and fitment, however there might be a slight chance of it being an E92 version, I agree. Feel sorry for ya bro

Looks like a result!

My suggestion that you send out the correct one BEFORE receiving the faulty one is so if the replacement is not as described then the buyer can return both and if the replacement is 'perfect' he can then return only the faulty one.

Well that was the plan if the Vendor didn't do something to correct this problem.
I can understand a mixup or a part with poor fitment.
I cannot understand lying about the fitment and then terrible customer service.

That's my thoughts.
I'll take an exchange and hopefully it fits.
If so, i'll glady send back the faulty one in that same box.
If they both don't fit i'll gladly send both back in that same box once i get a refund.

Since you are unwilling to refund my money I will take an exchange diffuser.
Please send out the diffuser first that way i can verify fitment.
If it fits, I will send back the faulty diffuser in your box with your packaging.
I don't have a box or packaging of my own to send this one out in.
If both diffusers don't fit I will gladly send them both back in your box and packaging once my money is refunded.
Thank you for trying to be helpful now

OMG I just read this thread after being on vacation.. and crap I ordered the same e90 Quad diffuser from JW-Tuning as you did. I paid these dudes on May 6th and I have yet to receive the product after multiple PMs stating they will email me once they ship the item.

So Paul ordered his on the 20th and you sent his out, but I ordered on the May6th and you are still waiting on inventory???

Sorry Paul - I'm not trying to thread jack, but I thought its relevant on my interactions with JW-Tuning. If it wasn't for the fact that e90 Quad CF Diffusers as soooo dam hard to come by, I wouldn't even put up with this.

Wow! I hope you can get this resolved man.
I don't mind you posting in here, I do believe it's relevant.
JW-Tuning seems to want to resolve my issue now.
Let's see if they fallow through with it.
You maybe lucky though, if they don't have a diffuser that fits hopefully they will just refund your cash.

Yeah, bad customer service will do that.
I didn't want to blow it up like this and give JW-Tuning a bad name but they left me no other choice.
I tried contacting them privately numerous times with no luck.

Holy shit!!!

I can't believe i missed this. The fitment sux complete ass!! Sorry you have to go through this. I can't believe companies send shit out like this. I mean, don't they at least look at the products they make before shipping it out?? Minor fitments can happen...but come on! This should have been noticed right away just by anyone familiar with the original piece.

Good luck getting this resolved.

JW-Tuning finally got back to me as well and it looks like they are redesigning the diffuser due to the fitment issues. The communication has gotten somewhat better but I'd be curious if either you Paul or I get one of the new type diffusers and see if they actually hold to their word and fix them.
