Unsafe start/ burning rubber ticket! in a AWD!

Hey guys, maybe some of you have experience with this.

I was in a cadillac Escalade AWD, accelerating to get into the next lane over from a stoplight.

The cop put down i made a unsafe start and burned rubber!! ROFL in a AWD escalade BOAT wtf?

Can i fight this with proof is AWD?

He also put i was dangerous driving cuz i accelerarted hard to 30mph in a striaght line!!
No speeding, no changing lanes nothing

advice?

Nop if you give a lawyer a couple hundred bucks and have him just show his face to the judge their shoudlnt be a problem DO NOT TRY TO FIGHT IT YOURSELF IN COURT you will get points. I got into a car accident with a permit and no adult i plead gulity with an explantion paid a lawyer $200 and got 6 points wiped off my license. If its a minor ticket no worries but if its wrekless driving then you got a problem that cop was just being a prick.

Hey guys, if it matters, i went back to where i got pulled over, and where i was "doing the dangerous driving and unsafe start"

And he put on the ticket, place of occurence, He put point A

But he pulled me over and said i made a unsafe/dangerous driving, about 6 blocks away from where he put on the ticket it occured? is that grounds for dismissal?

At this point its your word against the officers....Unless you have witnesses to testify when you apparently was spotted by the cop when he tracked you down, you have no leg to stand on..

I had 2 people in the car with me, and one of who is my cousin who is a Aux police officer. So maybe that can help :0 im basically trying to get anything at the moment, but where i supposedly dangerous driving and such, was a full LONG 3 1/2 blocks away from where it actually happened.

I dont even think i was even on the place he put on the ticket where he stated it occured!

Oh Yah BTW... I got pulled over the other night for 10MPH over the 35MPH Limit!!! Knock (3x's) on wood no ticket. If I ever get pulled over, I put the hazzards on, turn the car off, window down, both hands on wheel. Then upon request License, PBA (08'), etc.

Watch out end of the month. Nassau is out for BLOOD!

If your cousin is an aux and he was in the car when it happened and the cop put the wrong address I wouldn't even bother with a lawyer. Plead not guilty get a date make sure to reschedule, show up and plead you case with a witness .

Yes, i have him and a friend who were there aswell. I dont even think i was on the block where the officer said that it "occured" as stated on the ticket.

I am also going to cadillac tomrrow to get a written statement claiming that a 2008 escalade AWD cannot "BURN RUBBER" maybe that will help.

Thanks
