I'm bumping this one to the top of the list just because as of yesterday, I now have vested interest in this subject.

Did you see my pics on page 2?

Those pics were with the stock sport suspension.

While I thought it looked good, it did look (and ride) a lot better once I had the KW1's put on and lowered the suspension.

E92 Stock suspension on 19s

Here's a few pics of the 19x9.5s (32 offset) I just picked up from TireRack last week on clearance. In the pic it's 255/35/19 tire, running stock suspension. I'm not sure i like the 9.5s up front. I still have the option of returning the other 3 rims that I haven't put tires. I'll happily take opinions.

Needs to be dropped, immediately. Otherwise, return them, it looks like shit. IMHO, you should NEVER have aftermarket wheels if you don't plan on closing the gap. Plus, your tire is too tall for the front.

I agree on the drop requirement;I was thinking H&R Sport. I thought the 255/35s were too big but I had one tire lying around from a previous car. What would you suggest 245/35? Do the 19x9.5s stick out too far? I appreciate your input.

For the front, a 225/40 is probably your best bet. I love a good stance. If you can fit a 9.5 up there, I say gi for it. It may be a bit tough though.

here are some 18s. Wheels are from a z4 I believe and have the wrong offset. These pics are before spacers.

Yeah. That one has quite a price sticker with an auto transmission. Think someone picked it up eventually tho.

I know 18's are an option and so are 19's from BMW but want to see what some aftermarket wheels will look like. If anyone can post some examples that'll be great.
Here's a picture taken with a camera phone of my 08 335XI (stock suspension).
