Bmw 3 series/Brake Fluid Flush in KW

Dealership wants $200 Plus taxes to change the brake fluid . Can anyone recommend any bmw specialist to do this job in Kitchener/Cambridge ?

Yeah wrong section, but make sure whomever is doing it knows that they need to activate the ABS pump while bleeding. They need to have the necessary computer and software to do this, if they don't know what you are talking about find another shop. Indy shops should charge you around $120 for this. Not the worst dealer markup I have seen.
