Not to beat a dead horse, but is this an HPFP issue?
What's up all?
I don't mean to bring up a topic that's been beaten into the ground, but I'm having a small issue on my 09 335xi coupe and wanted your professional opinions on it. The car's obviously still under warranty and is a CPO as well. When I start it in the morning it starts up fine, but when I hit a red light and sit on the brake for a bit is where I'm having the issue. Once I take my foot off the break, the car clunks and engages hard into gear. It's uncomfortable and it's definitely not normal. I was thinking the HPFP COULD be the culprit, but I'm far from being a pro. What do you guys think? And to be fair, I did a search on the clunk, and I only came up with results discussing a clunk going in/coming out of reverse. Thanks in advance for the help!! |
