Porscha, I thought you were contacting hotels for us, see what deals could be had? You are more likely to negotiate a discount for us (being a lady!) than Viv! lol

Maybe the last hotel we stayed at will offer us a good discount as repeat customers?

Boo I don't mind doing that but I remember earlier in the thread I was asked why I was trying to organise this, it is not my job I think I was reminded!

If Viv wants me to sort the hotel I can no bother whatsoever!

I don't know whats happening either. If viv wants me to sort anything out, hotels etc. I can do that no problem. I don't really want it to be all last minute as I have some commitments this month (mainly MG stuff and planning a weekend away too)!

Now only three weeks away!
