As title states I have a pair off my 335, they have about 50K miles on them and I had no problems (swapped them for M3 bits).

These would be good to replace bent parts or use to replace the bushings with less down time.

was the m3 upgrade noticeable? free bump. i need new bushing and I am thinking about just upgrading to the M3 bits

Yes. I autocrossed the car and noticed a tighter turn in an better feel. I'm sure it was a combo of the bushings and slight increase in camber. If you are going to keep the car and drive it at autocross or on HPDE events they might want to consider, if not...might not be worth the money.
