Need advice on dropping the car.

Guys i have 230 styles on my 07 e92 335i and its already pretty rough like i can feel every single little bump on the street. I dont wana spend too much on this and im considering H&R springs only. Now will this damage the car in any way? and how does it feel when the car is dropped ?

The ride quality of the 230s with FRTs is terrible. I've been there. Installing just springs will make it even worse.

I recommend getting some properly matched shocks and struts to go along with new springs.

And ditch your RFTs for some conventional tires.
