e92 coupe, stock sport suspension = rubbing ?

I purchased some used LC dyna' locally from another e92 owner. A month or so after putting them on I noticed what sounded like excessive road noise. I though it was just sucky tires. Well, I went to Discount Tire a week ago and they noticed the tires were actually rubbing the fender lining in the front. Now these are regular 19x8.5 Dynas et30... nothing special with Nexen N3000 235/35/19. I am on stock sport suspension.

Today I thought I would try a different tire so we through on some Hancook Evo's....same problem.

Since I didnt notice the rubbing initially im led to believe something changed with car. I'm reluctant to take it to the dealer to have them look at the suspension as im sure they will tell me to bring it back with stock wheels.

Maybe something is pushing the liner into the wheel well more, like the brake duct or oil cooler fins?
