First time drag racing with the car

2007 335i with PROcede Rev 3 & PWM Methanol, everything else is stock including the run flat tires.

Best run of the night:

60' - 2.316
13.041 @ 113.11 MPH

Was hoping for 12's but given the rather embarassing 60' time I'm okay with what I got. Everyone else running anything less than wrinkle-wall slicks couldn't get traction either, so I wasn't the only one.

Car was running great! Very happy with it so far. I've attached one of the logs. What you cant see because of the way I've zoomed in is the air intake temps right before the run. They were at 156* F and dropped to 95* F shortly after hitting 2nd gear! Love that temp drop.

I haven't searched around too much to see what everyone else is running with just tuning + meth... this look about right?

Trap seems fairly reasonable, but the 60' is definitely killing your ET.

Just an example reference, I ran a 12.8 at 107 with a 2.0 60' (FBO + tune only).

What does it typically take (aside from driver skills) to break into the 11s with these cars? Tune, FBO and Meth or are upgraded turbos a must?

FBO+ meth and good tires. Upped turbos is not needed for 11s. 6mt really depends on the driver though. I haven't been able to break 11s with 440hp/480tq mostly because of my big heavy wheels, hankook tires and shitty driving lol.

Logs look awesome, your shift points are really bad. Are you redlining every gear? Most guys shift around 6 to 6.5k to stay in the power and torque bands. That is what's killing you even more than a bad 60ft

Ehh, still getting used to the paddle shifting. I knew I wanted to shift at 6k, but it just didn't always happen :-)
