Shop or private installer in LA area
Hey guys I'm located in LA. I have some maintenance stuff I've let pile up unfortunately. I've been doing a lot of work on my car myself recently but for some reason can't bring myself to do these installs on weekends. I'm hoping there's someone on the forums who does work here or knows of a reasonably priced shop. Here's the work I'm looking to have done. I've purchased most of the parts already.
I'm not 100 percent on if these are the solutions to what I'm experiencing but based on some research i think these may be what's causing these problems. Appreciate any input. Thanks guys. Sway bar bushings - Hearing a crunch in the front and rear when pulling into the driveway at an angle Valve cover gasket replacement/cleaning - burning oil smell with no majors leaks, oil leaked onto cats Rear brake replacement - hearing a bad clunk when i press the brakes while reversing to park e93 roof rattle - hear rattles on small bumps have tried using lubricant on rubber parts and wd40 on some of the joints e93 glove box does not open without the key - have removed the mechanism to unlock it and used lubricant which fixed it for several weeks but it now requires the key again

you should probably post in the socal forum, you'll probably get more replies. SSR has decent pricing on bmw stuff usually.
I think theres a bimmer shop out in torrance if you dont want to drive all the way to OC. |
