There are actual prizes worth getting for the current membership drive. I find this a bit of a conflict of interests. That said, my personal experience with BMWCCA has been great. $500 rebate checks for 3 series purchases. Roundel magazine every month. Cool race course driving opportunities. Free expert advice for mechanical problems. 15% discount on parts and stuff from dealership. It pays for itself many times over.

All that said, for every new member that signs up with a referral#, the referring member gets a shot at some good prizes. Like a radar detector. If I get anything, I will split the value amongst all new members that sign up using my #. Like wow, maybe a free six pack or something at my expense.
