A very troubled guy...

Someone just sent me the link to this Facebook group:

This guy lives in Wolverhampton near me, most of his rant videos are taken in the city centre which I recognise. It seems he was actually committed to a mental hospital some time ago and then released again....

Thoughts anyone?

he needs help and hospitalising

saw someone like this once. Old guy in the street, his clothes were all messy and unwashed, hair unkept, shouting profanities in the street and hitting himself in the face. Seems like nobody cared for him. Sad really.
