P2c9e CEL after VRSF DPs install

What did I do wrong here? P2c9e CEL. Related to secondary O2? Which one?

New code now = p0036 heater control circuit (bank 1, sensor 2)

P2c9e is still there. Lambda sensor heating the catalyst 1, triggering

Check the fuse first. I had this problem when i changed my VCG, easy 30amp fuse fixed it.

I had help with the DPs install, and unfortunately my friend was too aggressive reinstalling my secondary O2 sensor for bank one. I did order a used sensor off ebay, but I accidentally ordered one for bank two. I cut and soldered the old connector onto the "new" sensor, and problem is fixed.
