No spacer needed for LCI. I rolled the fenders and no rubbing. Dont know whats gonna happen if you dont roll the fenders.

From the way it's sits now spacers would need to be added. The wheels are not flush I don't know where u see that. A setup like this would not need any fender rolling bud

What is that on your lip?

OMG! That looks absolutely stunning. I am planning on getting these rims too. Hey, what part did you put on your front lip? That' looks really good and would save me a lot of money. I wanted to get the M bumper maybe but it's so expensive. This might do it as well.

Thanks man. The lip is performance front splitter for e90 lci standard bumper. You can get them from dealer but that is expansive. Or you can get replicas from ebay like this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/UNPAINTED-BM...365cb4&vxp=mtr
But be aware that fitment of aftermarket part could be bad. You might need to glue them on the bumper which is what I did.

Cool. I never knew that BMW had that. I'll look into the replica. I'll see how much LTBMW would charge me to get it painted. Looks really nice.
