I read that statement said that "he deliberately did neither" as meaning he didn't create the situation.

Reading it back now, and your previous post, you mean he never got out the way intentionally get in the way.

My misunderstanding. Sorry.

He's the reason i hate dashcams.

I would love to have one, but can you imagine a world where everybody is filming each other's mistakes and transgressions. Worse still when low life like that guy go out their way to create incidents.

As we all know that clip with the lorry merging is very very easy to cause. But only if you want to cause it. Only low life scum like him would do that. His insurance company should cancel his insurance and see where he goes from there.

Absolutely, I don't understand his logic at all and he can't defend himself.

The video also shows the lorry driver overtake him twice. This mean the car driver either sped up or the lorry slowed down to let him past (which I highly doubt) for it to happen twice

Yep, the first video is being used as an advert on his website already - http://www.policewitness.com

Absolute joke. Blatantly provoking the HGV. Doesn't make the HGV's reaction right but he is certainly at fault too I feel.

The 2nd video is also laughable. Hundreds of roundabouts function like this. "No indication the lane ends". Erm what about the 2 massive white arrows painted on the road, you fool?!

Well spotted with his website. I was seriously considering getting a dashcam but I don't want to be part of a society, similar to that of Americans where suing coffee shops for hot beverages being too hot with the capability of burning one's tongue.

If idiots like this are pushing for dashcam sales, I'd rather not have one at all.

+1 and now he's going for lawsuit. He's a fit man and being tapped on the side is no way going to give him back and neck pain. He's as big an ass as the driver.

I don't agree with the lorry driver ramming him, but all I can see from that video is it's yet another idiot hogging the middle lane.

If the police actually enforced middle lane hogging and dished out fines for it, the motorways would be a much better place.
