Powerdome FTW!!!! (E90 content)

Shoutout to Soni and ctgazer for their help installing the hood

Props to Eric at PYSpeed for a great deal too!

Clearbra hopefully this week so it will be ready for winter!!!

Photos obviously not very good, and it doesn't show the fade very well.

I can understand why the vents compliments the std VRS hood. It looks way better when it is not installed without the vents

Fitment is 90% from VRS. Interesting enough, there are holes drilled for the dampers for mine, and I have to admit, I am a bit paranoid now with the dampers installed since they may break the hood. (Touch wood)
My dampers on the hood is semi-worn already, so it's definitely not as strong as new ones...

PS If you are wondering why the vents are missing from the VRS hood, I had a shop filled them in.

It looks good, but I don't understand the point. Don't understand it on the M either other than "heritage". Think it looks like someone punched the hood and it is now swollen.

Well no matter what, as long as you like it!

It is purely for the look... and well, it is lighter than the stock hood, so a bit of a weight saving that doesn't really do much on a 328...

Good job Kelvin.

You made a good choice filling in the vents. Looks really clean.

You say 90% fitment, what were the problems?

I am game for a meet this week as well

I'm using the OEM ones, since they are somewhat old already. Does your hood have a pre-drilled location for the OEM shocks?

I have having quite a bit of problems fitting the upper grill trim pieces, and it took us almsot an hour (well, mainly Soni's) to get it fit the way it does now. The gap is wider than the OEM hood, but after Soni's magic, it looks way better now!
