Cold Air Intake - Gas mileage?

Hey guys,
Does adding a CF Air Intake or the like affect one's gas mileage significantly?

hmm....did you reset the ECU Computer thing when you installed the intake?
wouldn't and shouldn't it IMPROVE gas mileage, because of more air and such....strange...BOGGLES MY MIND!!
