Sterling or Crevier (SoCal)

I bought my car from Sterling in Newport Beach and had some minor issues when I had to bring the car in for topping the oil or coolant. The last time I took my car in the idiot forgot to tighten the cap for the coolant...luckily I noticed the sevice light was still on and asked if that should still be on...sure enough the cap was off when he popped the hood!

I'm debating whether to take the car to Crevier in Santa Ana for my 15k sevice instead of Sterling. Any input would be appreciated.
