Which means that you saw the defect the day you got them, yet you mounted them. Then you drove for six months fucked them up some more, got your money back, and then you found out that it would be too expensive to fix them so you decided to send them back at sellers expense. Basically you used his rims free of charge, fucked them up, and now you are kind enough to ship them back at his expense. Yeah that is seriously fucked up.

You need to cover the shipping cost and the six months of use. Not to mention the damage you did to them.

Call me crazy, but I can see both sides to this story. Guy found out he was mislead about product 6 months after purchase, attempted to contact seller and ended up having to deal with the situation in an alternate matter since seller was not providing recourse. Guy sold wheels and buyer used them for 6 months and then tried getting money back and then just did a chargeback.

Personally, I am surprised the CC company even did the chargeback. I would still side with the seller here since it has been 6 months... For all anyone knows, buyer could have sold the wheels ten times over and now have chrome lipped ones. OP, maybe try to dispute the chargeback with CC/paypal, but posting the buyers address/photo/phone number is not the way to really handle things

Coming from a legal standpoint this is pure FRAUD. If you find out what credit card company he got his money back and explain this and show them he has those wheels for sale or on his car after being "damaged", i guarantee he will have criminal charges. If you get a full refund, then STILL put the wheels on your car, OR try to resell them that is fucked up… Return the wheels, and you pay shipping. Hell you got free wheels for 6 months..

This is going to turn really ugly for moarlow. There's another post going on about a guy who sold a member two left coilovers and is ducking him and I believe that's getting to the point where the guy who scammed then other person is most likely going to get his bass whopped. Moarlow... Before that happens to you.... Do the right thing.

OP, I side with you on this one but what exactly do you think you are going to accomplish by posting his personal information on the forums? For someone to find this guy and go take care of "business" for you? If you have all this info, why don't you just file a civil suit and take him to court. I doubt someone out there is going to give him a "visit" and return the wheels for you.

Would you want to be outted as a scammer and have your personal info plastered on the internet for search engines to pick up? This thread is already on the second page of google if you search his name and city/state.

Frankly, the buyer should've sent the wheels back as soon as he got the chargeback. The fact that he tried to sell them and pocket the money speaks volumes about the type of person the buyer is. That would've totally screwed the seller out of $2k+.

How could anyone side with the buyer. The seller got ripped off I would do everything in my power to humiliate this guy and make sure he feels embarrassed so stealing. Public humiliation is what this is called. You act like a snake, well put you on the chopping block.

I am putting this info up to expose this guy the fact that he won't answer me really pisses me off . I told him I will travel the 8+ hours all the way to md to just pick up my wheels and he won't even answer . At this point if he keeps acting this way I'm definitely bringing him to court . I already spoke to the district court down there and I'm waiting for the letter on the mail. I have no problem traveling down there
