First - for a 06, there were no 328s, only 325s and 330s.

Second, $15K won't be a problem, but not for low miles...I looked around for months before buying my gf's white 07 328xi...has 38K miles, mint, well-optioned, but I paid almost KBB for it...

If I took the lowest of your parameters, and took a bare bones no options 06 325i, and assumed 60k miles (low compared to the year), KBB shows private party come in at $16,800...

So I guess it depends on your definition of low miles.

So what you think of this? Got 325i SPORT Black on beige. 6MT and 73k miles and still under warranty. Asking $15,499 OBO

I'm not sure why this is directed toward me? To answer your question, I don't know...seems like it's on par with what book should be...

OP is asking for a low miles car, so it depends on your definition of low miles.

i found a 325xi 44,500k miles for 15,500 but i called the dealership a day late, they sold it the night before. There is some pretty good deals out there. As for the 2006 328, thats just my mistake i meant 2007, sorry for the confusion

Look at my 325i with 64k on here for 15900. Won't find a better deal!
