VRSF No Communications, Order Stuck In "Processing"

Made my first order with VRSF, they have already charged my card and my order status is just stuck in 'processing'

It has been 3 full business days since I placed my order, I have attempted website inquiry, email & phone numbers I found on the internet (as they dont appear to publish their number) & no response.

Not very happy with my first ordering experience with VRSF...

Tiago may be out of town, it's also Friday, start of the weekend for some. Send him a PM via the forum, he typically replies to the PM's quicker than emails etc.
