Logic 7 center speaker signal full range or mid only?

The center speaker of Logic 7, is the signal full range or mid range (crossover)?

High-passed at 200Hz means the signal contents all mid and high (200~20KHz), right?

The signal IS full range above 200hz but there is mechanical rolloff hence some people have decided to add a tweeter.

That's what i'm thinking about---change the 4" mid to a coax mid+tweeter.
