Anyone have similar experiences? Seems like after they ship items to you, they don't want to hear from you again. Emails = unanswered. Don't mind waiting for a few days, but 2 weeks without any replies.

Did a thread search and seems there were lots of similar threads. Should of done this before buying.

I haven't had to call back since I bought my KWs. I say give them a call. They can't ignore you on the phone........

good service but my amber gone things took 3 weeks to come when they said 1-2 days until shipped!

+1 i emailed them also couple time after i recived my item, but did not get reply at all, i ordered a E9X CF hood and i wanted them to put 90$ on the invoice not to pay customs but once i recieved my item , they made a invoice of exact amount and i had to pay x2 from origin price, i emailed about this but no one even bother to answer me.
