front suspension squeak

before you get angry that there are tons of posts already, i saw over 50 articles and could not find anything helpful for my issue.

I have this squeak from front right over bumps or dips. i have brand new sachs struts and shocks. rubber pads on shocks are news. both lower control arms are new with old hardware. shock mount is newer (10k kms). tie rod on front right is also new. I made sure no wires or anything is dangling or rubbing underneath. sound seems to be coming when strut rebounds from normal position or compressed position. I also disconnected both sway bar links to eliminate sway bar links or bushing as the culprit. also checked strut tower braces and they are tight. https://youtube.com/shorts/3NIVPzWKcHo posting a video along with this.

This is just driving me crazy. any help would be appreciated.

high pitch noise is usually from a ball joint. there are 4 main front arms total, Both (oe/oes)? could be a lot, its either poor install, bad parts, or not enough parts based on what u said.

Any ball joint or something is going on with damper itself. Best way will be to go for some kind of vibration plates, where you can swivel the car with high frequency (In Poland we have something like that during our MOT check). If you want to check ball joint without removing anything, you can take syringe with some kind of lubricant in it and put through rubber boot directly into ball joint one by one. But best way will be just to disassemble everything and check part by part what is going on. Bushings will squeak, but with way lower frequency, like an old sofa.

Hi there, have you managed to solve this issue? I think I've got the same problem here. My front suspension produces the exact kind of noise when going over bumps
