Red face [E91] 320d flashing alpina D3 software

Hello, i have E91 2006.06 320D Automatic transmission and i tryed to flash Alpina D3 using this thread info http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=709020, used D+KCAN cable with WinKFP, by these steps:
"in WINKFPt this software is marked as 7811921 under DDE604. You go to Comfort mode, click on Choose ZUSB and find 7811921 somewhere in DDE604 .. Then OK, enter VIN and DONE. Then click on Program and it should start flash. I used classic OBD K-Line cable and I haven't used any battery charger since the flash is not longer than 15 minutes." flashing was ok, and after flash i got transmission error, dsc error and so on...

also tryed: "after doing this coding the car will be Dead and show a gear warning on cluster but this can be fixed by correctly updating the NCSexpert...

Here is what you do:

0-Start ignition with cluster lights on

1-Load NCSexpert

2-File Use EXPERTMODE profile and click ok

3-(F1) Vin/ZCS/FA

4-(F3) SG ausw

5-Choose E89 chassis click ok

6-Choose CAS click ok

7-(F6) Back

8-(F4) Read ECU and pick EGS module click ok

9-Press F3 (execute JOB)

10-After it says coding ended your done!

11-Close out NCSexpert
"

Coded was fine also, but nothing changed, still transmission error and it says that it is defective, also i cant start my car anymore.. also tryed to clean errors with INPA same problem.

The tools i used http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1220039..

Don't know what to do... how to flash stock back again...

Did you try to flash your EGS back to stock?

looks like your DDE is not communicating anymore,

try flashing stock back, if it doesnot work you will need to try NFS

I think your battery is low. Charge it then try to re align CAS / DDE.

Just flash DDE back to stock and also update EGS.

Fixed, modules wasn't synced, used this guide

Quote:
"Symptom is that everything works, engine cranks fine -- but no start (and no SES light). Fire up INPA and you'll see various codes, but the one that's the problem is '4A63 EWS Manipulation'. Means that two modules aren't synched, so the car believes there is a security problem and immobilizes the car.

The fix is easy (with INPA). E60>>Engine>>N52 [in my case]>>Shft F6 EWS -- Start value comparison and Shft F7 EWS CAS -- Start value comparison. In my case, EWS CAS resynched the modules and the car started right up.
"
Synced EWS module and now everything is okey, car starts up....
