Are you price checking a 335is or 335i? If a 335is, I'd say somewhere around 33-35K should be a good range. I picked up one with less miles, minus 19 inch wheels, minus parking sensor for 33K a few weeks ago.

Good luck! Be patient too...more and more of these will pop up in coming months.

The IS commands a bit of a premium over the I, plus it has all the optional goodies, so $35k or even a bit higher wouldn't be unreasonable. What is KBB valuation?

I'd look into the BMW EVP that allows you to extend the factory warranty. I got mine from Jeff Steel at Passport Auto at a significant discount to MSRP. Since the warranty is provided by BMW, you can buy it from any US dealer and all other dealers will honor it.

KBB shows a value of $31,812 for good condition and $32,709 for very good condition (I made sure to add all the options). This value seems low from what I'm reading in this thread.

How much does the the BMW EVP Gold and Platinum cost? How much were you able to get it for? I've heard Route 66 is pretty good and cheaper (https://www.route66warranty.com/asp/index.asp).

I hate to break it to you, but this isn't a vehicle you'll be able to snag for KBB. There is simply too few of them out there for sale. Go to auto trader and search 335is...I had looked for 4 months before I finally snagged mine. There was ~240-250 out there across the entire US for sale at the time. Even fewer in a reasonable driving range to where I was located. It is a seller's market for this particular vehicle. With that being said, your best negotiating power is if a car has been on the lot for some time. Take my particular case, these are all RWD vehicles...so perhaps look in regions that are getting pelted with snow these months...they will find it difficult selling that car this time of the year. So in all likelihood, it probably will sit...and you can say that.
