yup, same here. then they send something that is completely different from the pictures. then i get the "you got what you ordered" and completely ignored my request for making the price right or issuing a refund without a restocking fee, due to their mistake.

I would ask to speak to a supervisor, if you still dont get what youre seeking then ask for their District Managers number.

i thought they were a reputable vendor on this forum... or maybe thats my mistake. should do something about it for sure, you should save the page to print you bought your stuff on just for proof. (MAKE IT BIG, but most people dont have the time).

If they are a forum vendor, you may be able to contact an e90post moderator to see if they can help you get in touch with management at **********s.

There must be some type of miscommunication here. I've bought a few $1000 worth of stuff from these guys and the experience has been nothing but perfect. Did they recently hire someone that's not up to snuff perhaps? I agree with some of the other posters - ask to talk with someone higher up. I can't imagine they won't take care of you. Good luck.

I work in management for a multi billion dollar company. This kind of thing happens now and again at times. We will have promotions that have ended but the still have the marketing up by mistake. This is what I do, I glady accept the customers request and honor at the price that they saw on the marketing, even if the product is now retailing for twice as much. I think that hey, I have a JB E90 parked outside. I wouldnt have the E90 if it weren't for that customer. That customer is my boss, is my paycheck every month. Without that customer I am nothing. I have nothing. Now that I honored that price and did whats best for my customer, I just made that customer a loyal customer and they are going to come back shop us again. I hope Modbargins reads this and I hope everything gets resolved so that everyone ends up happy

I've made one purchase from them and everything went smooth. Even called them on the phone first to make sure I was ordering the right part and they were very helpful.

This happened to to me recently. Not cool and no joke. Be careful and check your recent transactions online to see if anything suspicious appears.
