Do you go to the local tracks? Buttonwillow? Calspeed? Streets? I've seen taped E90's before
To do your goal you'd have to start by doing some measuring... use available wheel width/offset mounted on tires, then measure the inside & outside clearance, distance between tire to fender, etc. After that determine a good starting point, and use spacers to adjust if necessary. 245/275 works for the car with some fender rolling but seems like you want more. Our 19x10's are good for tires up to 285, and 295 if you push it.. Breaking that barrier will require a lot of fender rolling/pulling! |

It's all about the offset. You can be flush on some 8 inch width wheel if the offset is aggressive enough. You can be tucked in with a 10 inch width wheel if the offset is high enough.

If you want to put 235/35/19 on 19x9, you can do that, but the wheel will poke.
You can also put 265/30/19 on a 19x10.5 no problem, but... you might need lighter fluid to get the tire beaded up. Inflation will be a pain! Regardless, these tire/wheel combo isn't something a tire seller would recommend you but plenty of people do that, including guys at our office |

The max I`ve seen is 10.5" on a E92. Have you seen a 10" with a 275 or 285 tire in person? Its pretty wide. For max fitment you`ll need to adjust your camber and roll your fenders as well. |

for hella flush you want a bit of stretch
i'd get something like 19x9 ~+30 on 235 tire and 19x10.5 ~+32 on 265 tire i am running 18x9.5 +20 in the rear on 255 and its definately hella flush approved, but just barely...I had to pull my fenders and roll it a bit or else it would rub like MAD even with -2 camber already for my fronts 18x8.5 +32 is NOT hella flush, i will be putting in +10mm spacer to try it out.... I can post pics this weekend

Dr Phounger has a really good fitment, he is running 19x9 235 tire and 19x10 et 25 with 265. I'm running 19x8.5 235 and 19x10 et 25. I rolled and flared my fenders. However don't flare too much because the rear bumper is limits the how wide, and offset you can go. I'm still figuring out how to flare the bumper part so I can run a lower offset, or wider wheels. With my flare job and if bumper was flared too I am sure I can run +22 no prob. I know there is some one on this forum running et +25 19x10.5 rear on volk te37. It's do able, just have to work the fenders and bumper. But the front can only go so far since wheels have to turn for stearing, unless you start cambering. My set-up has no problem with rubbing, and is kinda of low too! Hope that helps.

also on E92, the front fender is PLASTIC, so IF u bottom out on it, IT WILL CRACK/CHIP off
ghost is so right about flaring the fender, your bumper is limited unless u find a way to flare out your bumper where it meets the fender...I am going to try to take out the screw that keeps the rear bumper + fender and heat up the bumper and try to flare it a bit...then find a way to keep the bumper + fender back intact..
