Fault Codes Help

See photo. These codes come up after I installed my JR 2.8 tune but have not started the car yet due to me not installing the down pipe yet.

What's up with the wastegate and engine mounts? will these go away after I start?

I'm worried about the LIN bus fault. this points towards the glow plug controller but there were no faults before the tune. Should I order a glow plug module and be ready to swap when the car starts?

My advice...start the car, clear your codes and then see what's up. I had faults after starting the car, but paid no attention since the ECU was removed from the car, figured it had to be related. If it's an issue, the faults will come back.
