We gave you the pre-tracking on the March 2nd and now you are complaining we didn't give you the tracking? what a joke! Because you are reading this thread from 3 years ago, "02-01-2009, 10:54 AM". You didn't know what we had been doing for the last 2-3 years. For the last 2 years we have to make everything from scratch and we build everything in house. We are serious about our quality and fitments issues now; not like the past. We don't want to repeat the same problem again. If you buy our products or you have someone who had bought our products from the year of 2010 to present, you can compared our products with other aftermarket parts then you will know what we mean by quality. You should see it for yourself before making any judgement call. Here is a list of customer reviews and installation pic. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=657211 http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=655844 http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=596154 http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=591208 http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=651791 http://www.e90post.com/forums/showpo...34&postcount=8 http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=627899 http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=609342 http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=601181 http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=424518 http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=567585 http://www.e90post.com/forums/showpo...39&postcount=5 http://www.dukedynamics.com/blog/?p=1134 http://www.dukedynamics.com/blog/?p=1143 http://www.dukedynamics.com/blog/?p=1126 http://www.dukedynamics.com/blog/?p=1113 http://www.dukedynamics.com/blog/?p=1105 http://www.dukedynamics.com/blog/?p=1153 http://www.dukedynamics.com/blog/?p=1048 http://www.dukedynamics.com/blog/?p=889 http://www.dukedynamics.com/blog/?p=815 http://www.dukedynamics.com/blog/?p=762 http://www.dukedynamics.com/blog/?p=724 http://www.dukedynamics.com/blog/?p=698 the list can go on... you can search it on the forums. Just make sure you look for the post date, anything from the year 2010-present has perfect fitments. More pic can also found Facebook. http://www.facebook.com/pages/Duke-D...54561837913945 |

Duke Dynamics caters to everybodys needs; they may be backordered but they do make products for people when ordered; if you are upset that a part is being specifically made to cater to you and takes a bit of time, then go buy some over the counter crap and hope it lasts

If you knew that the the diffuser was backordered why you told me before i place the order that the diffuser would be shipped on the beginning of the last week???? FIRST LIE- If you didnt know as soon as you found out you should email me and give me the option of canceling the order THAT'S WHAT A HONEST PERSON WOULD DO! but no!!! you never mentiong that the diffuser was been built you kept saying that the delay was to prepare and paint the diffuser. and you told me last friday : the order its going to be shipped tomorrow, i got the pre-track number but as soon as the order is picked up and scanned i will email you with the track number but you never did until this morning. LIE # 2.
As far as I know 12 DAYS LATER the diffuser STILL IN CHINA here is the track number that you send me today! EE418022395CN. |

How unfortunate, I was planning on ordering the quad diffuser for my e90 prior to mfest, but I suppose I will have to wait until I see a used one floating around in the classifieds. Thanks for the reviews.

Screwed by Duke Dynamica
July 3rd, 2014. Duke Dynmaics just screwed me out of $2,000. I ordered
a rear difuser for my 335 and hood back in March. In May they sent me a difuser for as M3. They refuse to answer my e-mails after I wrote to them. To date I have not reveived anything for my $2,000. I am now sueing them in B.C. court. These people are bad news. |

You can guess it came with the LOGO! I emailed them with pictures and they said "Oh well it's just a logo" "Most people only want it with a logo." I said I don't care, I ordered what I wanted. They offered to give me $50 back! After many months of complaining, I ended up selling it on the board and lost money. They just don't care. I also thought all these were made by them, but they are made in a factory in Asia. I would not have spent $600+ on a diffuser from Asia...I would have gotten a knockoff for half the $. DD has the worst customer service and they just don't care about the customer at all. How they are in business still, I don't know. I could go on, but I think it's been said before....They SUCK.

Wow pretty surprising to find out they are still in business after all the negative reviews especially since they started back in the days...that's longevity for a bad business

WOWWW! That is some horrible fitment!!! I wouldn't even try to modify it to work seeing the initial test fit.

Duke Dynamics, they over promise and under deliver without any sort of justification communicated to buying customers.
Firstly, inquired about a diffuser, exchanging emails. I was quoted a price with 4-5 days postage. I was advised they had them IN-STOCK and ready to ship. 5 weeks later, its only just been posted to me and in transit from Hong Kong. Multiple emails have been exchanged from day one, mostly with me chasing up on my order. They're not proactive with keeping me up to date, they're reactive if that! Communication style is very poor, no email etiquette. Simple things like "Hi" at the being of there emails "sorry for the delay". I'd have to send 2 or 3 follow up emails before I get a reply. I'm annoyed because they advised 4-5 days to post. Not 5-6 weeks to post without any sort of explanation as to why the delay. The company does not believe in customer service its is very, very poor. If they were on eBay their reviews would be negative. Very poor customer experience with Duke Dynamics.

OP that's horrible fitment. But by trimming it the seller can say you ruined it and is not returnable.
Why not use a heat gun from the inside to curve it... |

Can't you just call them and explain you will send payment via cc when the product is ready to ship? If nothing shows up in 5 days just do a charge back?

Thanks for posting up... I've got a space gray e92 myself so that actually helps me see better on what it would look like! How would you rate the fitment? Any gaps or blemishes in the finish? I'll give them a call tomorrow and see what they have.

But the weave is also sharp and flawless. I had a 1x1 weave previously that was destroyed when someone rear ended me so Duke Dynamics sent this one out. It turned out to be 2x2 and is much crisper than the previous one. Not that it was bad quality I just always think a 2x2 weave looks cleaner, and is more easily discernible as carbon from a distance. |
