I don't know if it has been discussed before, but is the problem with the wastegates, the wastegates themselves, the activators or the vacuum control system?
I ask, because if one assumes that later software revisions will still only act as a band aid for the underlying problem, the cost to BMW would be quite different depending on which part of the wastegate system is causing the problem. |

Any updates here? Has anyone gotten v31 and can comment on what it does to performance? If I recall appropriately from the 29.2 mega-thread, there were rumors that v31 were NOT going to fix anything with lag... any real data from you guys?
