320d transmission torque rating

Just wanted to continue the discussion re torque rating of the 320d. Looks like mine needs a new TC if I want to push my motor with a remap/exhaust. Do you need to update software by just replacing the TC?

Im so confused. what is it for my 320d 177 (2009). Can I get this uprated S126 TC from ZF directly without paying stupid BMW premiums? What are the codes from ZF. Can a dealer load necessary software on my car after a retrofit?
