why didnt i get a bmw loaner?

i took my car into service today and what car do they give me as a loaner? a fucking hyundai elantra. on top of that it's bright gold.

last time i took my car into service i got an e90 lci 335i. what gives?

LOL - my dealer ONLY gives BMW loaners. Last time they gave me a 2010 328i then before a 135i

are you crying because you didnt get a bmw for a loaner? is it really that important that you have to have a bmw as a loaner. im thinking they didnt have anymore bmw on the lot so they gave you what they had. be greatful my friend.

no, i'm crying because i got a HYUNDAI. they could of at least given me the nissan maxima they had on the lot.

sometimes they have bmw loaners, other times not. some dealers won't even give you a loaner unless you purchased your car from them. my friend got a dodge avenger as a loaner once....that thing was pimp.

Least you don't have to pay $20.00 like at our dealer... It's the only one for 45 miles. For a f*** fuel pump too thats not my porblem, and I'm required to pay $20 so I'm not inconvenienced? I hear ya man.

U could have asked.....I always reqested something decent. Sometimes there was a wait for bmw loaners, if u don't want to wait, u get whatever enterprise rental brings u (unless u ask)

you should be happy that you actually get a car to use for free. And there are cars far worse than that hyundai. you could have gotten an aveo or something. but its still better than huffing it on your bicycle because your car is in the shop.

most dealers in Houston require that you bought the car FROM THEM to give you a BMW loaner... And Momentum BMW requires you to sign a form stating you wont drive anywhere beyond a 100 Mile radius from the dealership ( how they can tell i dont know )

That Being Said - My SA is a badass bc I didnt buy my car from BMW and i still get a loaner

My dealership will give you another BMW for a loaner but if they are out they just rent a basic car for you. All for free, just gotta pay for the gas you use.
