E92 Lease Assumption
anyone want to take over a e92. White with coral red, automatic trans, pad shifters, prem, sport, navi, MSRP was 48,220 for 653 a month. 16 Months left. Only has 6k miles. Paid for 25k miles. So theres 19k miles left over 16 months. (1187 per month). Pm me for details

Lease is a little steep... my MSRP was 49k and its 630/month... have you considered an insentive... say 1k to the person for assuming the lease... thats what a lot of people who want to get out of their lease do... and it would in essence lower the payment by about 50 per month.... good luck with a sale.. also consider posting pictures..

take a look at swapalease, there are a number of similarly option E92's on there, you may want to put it up there or leasetrader.
best of luck

Another note, if you're doing a lease assumption, you have to remember that you are still liable if the person that you transfer the lease to doesn't make the payment. So, if you're going to transfer the lease, make sure it's to someone you trust.

Hey, I'm just looking out for you. If the person who takes over the lease defaults on their car payment, I guarantee you, that you will be liable. I have no reason to lie to you. Like I said, call up BMW financial and see for yourself.

I've done this before, with Audi you are still responsible but through BMW you have to pay a fee of like 800 bucks and you are NOT liable..............if you do it through Swap a Lease with ANY car you are NOT liable also........... |
