I have nothing but good things to say about Park Ave. That may be because they messed up my Dad's old 540 and now take care of us and treat us like royalty. We have bought 4 cars from them in the past 3 years (soon 5 with my new E90) and I think that plays a big part in it. I definately enjoy the service there though.

I have to agree that Park Ave service is terrible. When I called to check the status of my car, the girl told me that 'I must be calling the wrong dealership, cause she has no record of my car being there.' Oh, and I just LOVED the suzuki matchbox car they gave me as a loaner - it didn't even have enought gas in it to get me home. What a joke. I won't be going back there for service.

Avoid Park Ave Parts and Services. I was buying accessories from them, the guy there was absolutely rude. They advertised a 10% discount with AAA, but they refused in the store, even the manager. That's OK, but the guy treated me like I was buying something from a dollar store. He should be fired. But as I know he has been with the company for a long time. So, go figure. They got no business from me, and anyone here.

Man, you folks are scaring me now. I'm picking up my car from Park Ave soon. Is it just their service department that's not so good?

I get my car serviced at Prestige. Great customer service. I've only heard bad things about Park Ave from my co-workers.

This is my first time buying from Park Ave (the car is still in transit) and so far the service from the sales team there has been great.

Whenever I read something on this forum about someones bad experience, or how their dealer snuck in some fee, I panic. I typically worry about it for 24 hours, then call my CA, and he reassures me all numbers, fees and deals that we originally sorted out, and that I won't see any suprises come delivery day.

So far I have no complaints.

I hate PARK AVE BMW!!! They are the worst service dept ever! I had to have my suspension repaired for hopping a curb, and they treated me like a piece of sh*t. They were supposed to save the parts they replace so I could see that everything was replaced that should be. They never did! They make you feel like you bought a kia or hyandai and even they prolly treat you better. The customer service girls are soo rude...Park ave gave me suzuki loaner. I mean come on, A SUZUKI LOANER! I have a near 40k car and they give me a suzuki. Their techs are 18 yr old mechanic noobs who know nothing about BMW and are not careful with your car.. I left their with my car aligned and still pulling to the right, negative camber, negative toe and a couple of scratches and dent to my driver's side door pillar. PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALER SERVICE AT ALL COSTS. ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!

Park Avenue Acura is the finest Acura dealer - ask anyone on the CL/TL/AV6 forums, However the BMW side indeed is bad.
