I am in Atlanta.. I have some 189s. With Micheline Pilot Sport A/S plus. Tires have only about 8,000 miles on them. Look to be about 80%+ tread left (tires. Has some rash on 3 of the rims. But nothing horrible. I am getting some 119in 230 reps on Friday and the 189s will be available after then. Not sure if I am going to leave the TPMS in them yet or not. I have an 08 335 so its the older style sensors.
