Midwest Cars from Courage???

Hey, any Midwestern new owners gotten delivery of their cars that had been transported on the Courage? Boat docked NYC on 18th. gaDAM this wait is killing! I wanna be

My car was discharged in SC on 5/14, and I won't be picking it up until Friday 5/26. So I think you have a few more days to wait...

Are you sure it was unloaded in NYC? Minnesota cars are unloaded in SC.

my 330i status says "Discharged"... but, In owner's circle it says "In-Transit/ En-Route".

So, it might be unloaded at SC, but awaiting transport to the procesing center.
May take between 1-2 weeks for delivery, i guess.

Apparently Courage docked in NYC first then set for SC, according to posts elsewhere on this site.

If the shipping company site says the car is discharged, I would guess that means it's unloaded already. The Owners Circle website always seems to be behind. The 1-800 number info seems to be more up-to-date.

Maybe they determine the VPC location dynamically (how busy they are). I presumed that all cars destined for this region of the US would go through the same VPC.

Dealer called tonight. Car will arrive in Milwaukee Friday, 26th, quicker than I thought.

Would be interesting to see which midwest states are allocated to each of the two VPC's on the east coast. As an example, vehicles bound for Ohio come through the VPC in New Jersey. Kentucky bound vehicles come through the VPC in Greer, SC.

Our 330xi was unloaded in Charleston on Monday (5/22), thus it is probably the VPC now. Although the 1-800 number is best, BMW's tracking systems are always behind. Looking forward to delivery.

Our 330xi is at the VPC in Greer, SC . . . will be interesting to see how quickly it clears the VPC and is trucked to the dealer.

It's in Milwaukee! Our car was unloaded from boat in SC and released to the car carrier same day, 5/23. Arrived today, 5/25- that driver had it in Highball! Wonder if he stopped anywhere first? I'll post up on final delivery, etc.

Our Arctic Silver 330xi arrived in Lexington, KY on Thursday (5/25) evening and we took delivery on Friday (5/26). Thus far, I am very pleased with the vehicle.
