Angel Eye's Dimming-Help!

I was on the way to change out my angel eye bulbs to the gp thunder 8500k and i took out the original oem bulb and then i ended up dropping one of the gp thunders on the ground and cracked so i ordered a new set already haha shit happens. So i re-installed the oem bulb back in the socket but now the lights on the drivers side are dimmer than the ones on the left, maybe i scratched the oem bulb? why is this happening?

It's probably not aligned right. Loosen the drivers side and wiggle it around until the brightness is even.

would that definitely be the cause of it? because i was kind of having trouble aligning it due to the small amount of space in there. maybe i didnt turn it clockwise all the way?

still need help...i tried messing around with it and aligning it the right way this time but it seems that it is still dimmed, did i mess up the electrical system? or could it just be the bulb? so confused. it is only the drivers side, ever since i took it out yesterday and out it back in
