I need help guys!

Hey guys, I'm totally new to the mod world, and I need advice from exparts!!
Imma gettin my ride next week and planning to change wheels first.
But as I was reading other thread, I noticed that people who's getting aftermarket rims are changing their suspensions as well.
So, I was just wondering if I want to change the rims, should I change the wheels first or change the suspensions first or get a both?? (Imma planning to get KW varient coilover 3)
As I said, I'm totally new to this mod. world, so even if this question seems dumb, please excuse me.
Please give me some adivces.
Thanks guys.

What if can't afford both at the same time? What should I get it first?

do suspension first. lowering springs and shocks are cheaper than a set of new wheels and tires...my 2 cents.
