I've been trying my best to not beat a dead horse, but I've been unable to find specific answers to some of the questions I've had about this.

So... A few questions:

• Is this kind of upgrade a Plug & Play venture or is it an involved few days in the garage?
• Can anyone recommend where to buy decent projectors? I've looked at Bimmian but some have given them bad reviews on the forum. BavX is said to be overpriced but I'm not sure...
• Can anyone recommend where to buy a decent HID conversion kit and point to the direction of a DIY guide?

The answer's are here for the search. If you want to do it right OEM is the only way to go.The other alternative is to send your lights to OSS, Lightwerkz, or any of the vendors that retro fit projectors into OEM housings. Stay away from Depo, or Umnitza since these are not even worth dealing with. Good Luck!

It is possible. My buddy did mine, if you google search "taran's build thread" the e90 post one you'll see what he did in the pictures.
