i doubt it but will these fit?

these have sitting in my garage for a while now and I am wondering If they will fit a 2006 325i? Any guesses? the front tires are 225/45 zr18 and in the back 255/40 zr18

do i have to put on spacers or roll the fenders?

rear offset is too low, you'll be rubbing with them...

*EDIT* my bad these are 9" rears so you'll be fine in the rear... +1 on the spacers in the front

Do you mean with/without new tires?

Im guessing he means with the tires you are currently running. The front offset on these wheels (style 67) is et47 (18x8), so with the current tire setup, you will want to run at least a 10mm spacer minimum. You could run up to a 25mm spacer for an aggressive front offset. The rears are 18x9 et26, so you'll be fine running those with no spacers.
