No sound from front speakers, sometimes - Cleansweep issue?
Equipment - MusicarNW level 2 w/ sub - Cleansweep, JL XD700/5
I have my Cleansweep set to signal sensing which then feeds the amp's remote on. Two times in the past week I have experienced an issue where no sound is coming from the speakers being fed by the amp. Checking the equipment I have a green light on the amp and 4 green on the CS, so everything is powering on properly. If I turn off the stereo and leave it for a few minutes (shortest I have waited was 10 min) and then turn it back on it's fine. Both times this has happened the car's thermometer showed 85F or more and it's been sitting in the sun all day at work. It has never done this when the weather was cooler nor when the car has been in the garage. Cleansweep not pushing audio the amp maybe? I forgot to grab my 1/8" to RCA cable to pop my iphone in the amp directly to test for sound. Damn |
