We have what I've dubbed the "cool kids parking" section in the back of the lot. I park there and the only other three employees in the several hundred employee building who have decent cars and give a damn about them park there next to me - two BRZs and a 350Z.

Of course, I still managed to get two new dings since last year from parking lots at malls, restaurants, whatever, even though I park as remotely as possible there as well. My apartment doesn't have parking, so I spend a good thirty minutes or so a day after work doing laps around the block to find an on-street spot or for one of the six parallel spots in the lot I pay for to open up. Parking in normal spots last year did a number on my car, my mistake for thinking that people in a paid lot might give a damn about others' property.

If there were someone local who could do my dings affordably it wouldn't be such an issue, but the one guy I've used and liked is the all way in Portland, ME. I tend to go up there for a week every year though, so I guess I'm just going to make visiting his shop part of my vacation tradition.

Yep, there are a few cars that park somewhat close to me but for the most part I am the furthest

As for door dings, I have a very minor one myself. Anyone local you know of.

Boston335xi, I have a GoPro 3 w/ external mic and a CravenSpeed tow hook mount. I'll be ready to get some good footage.

I'm in the next town by the time I find a place to park. But don't let people dissuade you from parking far. I lost a bunch of lazy friends, but at least I don't have door dings!

The 2 Series autocross at Gillette Stadium this morning was a blast. Got 4 laps behind the wheel and then a ride along with the instructor going all out. Definitely would do it again.
