Any good SA's at Shelly BMW???
Hey guys,
I've searched, but couldn't find any solid recommendations for an SA at Shelly BMW. This is my 2nd BMW, and I've always avoided them due to some of the negative things i've heard/read about them. I've been lucky that I haven't had to take my BMW's in much for warranty work (knock on wood). I usually went to Mckenna before, but I wanted to give Shelly a shot since they're literally 5mins away from me. I can't stand not giving them a chance any longer! The only major mod I have is coilovers and wheels. Does anyone know of any good SA's at Shelly??? |

I was afraid of that. The fact that they're right by my house is sooooo enticing! I knew about all the horror stories, but I figured they would've gotten a good SA floatin' around now.
Anyone??? PM me if you know anyone. OR...maybe I'll just check our crevier. |

SA
I've taken my last two BMW's to Crevier and never asked for a specific SA. I'm never had any problems.
My current BMW was purchased at Sterling so I took it there for my first service. No issues with my random SA. I did notice Sterling has Nitrogen for your tires. $75 for 4 tires. Refill for the life of your car... or as long as you own it. I would never go to Shelly. I took my car there once while they were remodeling... some sales guy hit my car. My car went from an oil service to the body shop.

nothing but great experiences here at shelly. unfortunately, i know that it's not the same for everyone though. our family has been dealing with them for about 6 years now.
so if you're still willing to go to shelly, a service advisor i recommend is Fernando Medina |

Thanks for everyone's input. I'll see what I decide to do.
Nico - thanks for the name. If I go to Shelly, I'll make sure to ask for Fernando. Phong - I need an SA, but it sounds like Tim is a sales guy. Thanks again all. |

Thanks guys! I know Yiwen is a great guy. I almost bought my car from him, but it wasn't the exact combo I was looking for. I'm specifically looking for someone to help with servicing, not sales. Any good service advisors?
