Thanks for all the kind words guys.

Just a few thoughts about Orlando and the trip so far.

1. 95 YESTERDAY!!! with 75% Humidity jesus it was hot, actually it was too fucking hot for me.
2. Most americans are proper fat bastards. Its a simple equation really. plate of food big enough for 2-3 people eaten 4 times a day. Nobody walks here as things are too far apart.
3. Being this hot and on rollercoasters is something that most of you can try at home. Climb in your tumble dryer, put it on full heat for 6 hrs and enjoy the ride!
4. being in a swimming pool is lovely. the water is warm and i could spend all day in the pool.
5. the kids are being well behaved.........as long as they are doing what they WANT aaaarrrggghhhh.

Im actually very relaxed for the first time in a couple of yrs. Ive taken on a business partner and hes looking after the ship very well so i can chill, which is very nice i can tell you. Its something that a lot of you take for advantage if you work for someone else.

Now then we are driving around in a chevvy Suburban. It absolutely mahoosive!! 5.8l V8 14mpg. The plastics are like brick, the auto box is a stick jobby is shite, it shit slow, weighs about the same as a 3 bed semi, and.........i love it and want one at home, its nice to waft around in. Which leads me to the decision that we need another 4x4 in the family. So when we get back im selling lisa mini cooper and going to buy a nice 4x4.

Wouldnt want one over here, but they're great "over there" arent they? Avis gave us one the other year and I was pretty impressed with it - Mrs was impressed with all the extra shopping space

I was quite impressed by its relative economy - averaged 22mpg which wasnt much worse than some of the smaller SUV's we've had over there....helped by its clever system of running as a V4 when extra cylinders not needed.

If you have found the Mall at Millenia (I'm sure your wife has by now...) then take a look at the Supercar Club place just opposite - some seriously nice metal there

But try and get to see a bit more than just Orlando!
